We’re living in an age when people are under increasing pressure to just keep up with the pace of life. Is it surprising then that people are so busy surviving that they don’t have the time to stop and reflect on why they’re doing what they’re doing? And if what they’re doing is taking them where they really want to be?

So, if you’ve ever felt the need to “Stop the World” and take stock of your life, this is where to start.

This series of one-day workshops has been specially designed to help people who are not able to attend his corporate workshops and are run on a regular basis throughout the year.

Stopping the World

An informal "time out” workshop, time for reflection and maybe a re-assessment of your life. You’ll experience how to listen to your unconscious mind which will help you identify any unconscious beliefs you may have that have been stopping you from living the life you want to live. You’ll also learn effective ways to change any aspect of your life you’re unhappy with.

Building Effective Relationships

Have you ever wanted to experience the freedom to be yourself in your relationships with others? If so this workshop is for you. The title says it all.

Meditation

Have you ever wanted to experience peace of mind and learn how to free yourself from the incessant flow of thoughts that most people are plagued with? If you have, take a day off from the life you’re living and learn how to experience real inner peace.

When it comes to meditation you can have no better guide than Philip; just to be in his presence when he’s meditating can be an uplifting experience as all his students have found out. You’ll learn about energies and how to access altered states of consciousness and once you have an understanding of the techniques Philip teaches and start to practice them, you’ll be able to find that inner quiet that everyone seeks, the state we call “peace of mind”!

Bring a cushion and a blanket for your added comfort. This will make the experience even more enjoyable.

An Introduction to Hypnosis

This is an experiential workshop and being willing to experience altered states of consciousness will make the day a truly enjoyable experience for you. You’ll learn about hypnosis and experience methods of self-hypnosis in order to reinforce any changes in your life you feel would be beneficial.

You’ll discover some of the subtle language patterns Philip uses when working with clients and how you can influence people through non-verbal postures and behaviours. You’ll also identify the way your unconscious mind processes time and how to effectively programme yourself for future events.

During the day you’ll experience what it’s like to enter an altered state of consciousness and how to deepen it to experience total relaxation of mind and body. You’ll also learn how to pre-programme yourself for improved performance and increased motivation.

Bring a cushion and a blanket for the relaxation exercise. This will make the experience even more enjoyable.

Techniques for Change

The information Philip shares in this workshop will help you to transform your life into whatever you want it to be. You’ll also learn how to help your family and friends overcome many of the issues life throws at them.

Venues

These vary but usually in the Lincoln area.

The workshops run from 10am to 4:30pm and because of Philip’s corporate work we’re able to make these workshops extremely cost effect only £35 a day with drinks provided, although you’ll have to bring your own packed lunch or use local shops/cafes to satisfy your hunger.
