Philip is a master of meditation, having done a five year retreat in the late 80's. He is a fount of wisdom and funny with it - laughter plays a large part in these sessions......
These two hour sessions are for serious seekers of spiritual truths and you will be expected to have had some experience in meditation in one form or another.
However, for those who are just starting on the journey to find the peace that resides in everyone of us, Philip runs weekly classes in relaxation and meditation under the banner of StressLess Life Clubs. For information on these clubs click here.
Philip's advanced meditation classes are held weekly and run from 7 to 9 p.m. The cost is £9 per session, or £30 a month payable by standing order.
Some members of Philip’s StressLess Life Clubs may wish to transfer their membership to these advanced sessions. This they may do, however, as these are advanced classes in spiritual development trying a session or two before deciding may be advisable.
Cushions, stools and chairs are provided and you’ll learn something new every time you attend.
There is no doubt - and science is beginning to find this - that along with peace of mind - meditation and mindfulness brings many health benefits. The peaceful moments of calm can last for days and once you've learned, those moments can take you through life.
