During a session with Philip he will be using a variety of theraputic approaches to help you with your issues.
Using NLP, neuro linguistic programming, he'll teach your brain how to process the challenges you face in a more beneficial way.
His expertise in Energy Psychology will help you balance your emotions, allay your fears and remove any phobias and anxieties you may have.
He may use hypnosis to reinforce the changes you feel are necessary and he'll teach you how to become your own therapist, capable of dealing with any future issues you may find challenging.

You are quite welcome to phone Philip for a brief chat. You can ask questions and get a "feel" for how he works, then, you can think about it before committing yourself to an appointment.
How many sessions do I need?
The therapies Philip uses produce quick results!
With fears and phobias one session is usually enough, having said that sometimes the removal of one problem reveals deeper issues which need additional treatments. With anxiety states/panic attacks, it is difficult to be precise. We can assess this after the first session, and you should certainly expect significant change by the second or third session - which may be all you need.
How does it work so quickly?
Simply put, the techniques Philip uses as an Energy Psychologist can train your brain to replace unwanted responses, habits and behaviours with responses that are more effective and in line with what you want from life. That's it. Quick, easy, effective and can be fun!
