Philip is a master of meditation, having done a five year retreat in the late 80's. He is a fount of wisdom and funny with it - laughter plays a large part in these sessions......
Philip's relaxation, meditation and mindfulness classes have been suspended for the winter period but will commence again in the spring. Dates, location and times will appear on this page in the near future.
You will need to bring a cushion and something to lay on to make the experience more comfortable and be prepared to learn something new every time you attend.
There is no doubt - and science is beginning to find this - that along with peace of mind - meditation and mindfulness brings many health benefits. The peaceful moments of calm can last for days and once you've learned, those moments can take you through life.
