Meditation and Mindfulness
Philip combines his meditation sessions with his weekly relaxation classes where, along with all the benefits of relaxation he shares insights into and understanding of your true nature.
You’ll learn why you do what you do, think what you think and feel what you feel. He shares techniques that help you change not just your emotional life, but your spiritual life. This will include sessions to help you deal with the emotional challenges many people face in their lives, as well as the importance of your spiritual growth.
There is more to you than just a body and mind; as a human being, you have a personality, feelings, emotions, behaviours, habits, beliefs and values - and a spiritual side which can’t always shine through!
You can drop in anytime as each week Philip discusses a different topic, but one that’s relevant to all our lives in one way or another. He explains and demonstrates how you can overcome any difficulties and challenges these issues raise in your life.
You’ll learn some of the most effective ways of meditating and being mindful of each moment, so if you have a mind that has a mind of its own – one that controls you with unwanted thoughts – you’ll benefit from attending these sessions. This is not a course, but weekly sessions you may attend on a regular basis – or when you feel the need. You’ll learn something new about yourself each time you come.
Through meditation you’ll learn about your energy field and the centers of consciousness which some call chakras and you’ll discover some of the techniques past Masters used to raise their level of consciousness to experience peace of mind.
Philip has been meditating since early childhood and has spent thousands of hours in deep meditative states. He’s been involved in personal and spiritual development for over forty years and his practical approach has changed the lives of many, many people. You can have no better guide to the realisation of your true nature than Philip, his natural charisma is infectious and his words life changing!
Classes are held on a Tuesday evening at L A Fitness, Lincoln South West, Weaver Road, Lincoln just off the A46 Lincoln bypass, LN6 3QN and are only £9.00 per person. However please phone 01522 680687 if you're attending for the first time as venues may change.
