What is Energy Psychology?

Energy Psychology applies principles and techniques for working with the body’s physical energies to facilitate desired changes in emotions, thought and behaviour.

The term Energy Psychology has been used interchangeably with “energy based psychotherapy” or simply “energy therapy”. It’s also an umbrella term for numerous specific formulations, such as Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Energy Diagnostic and Treatment Methods, Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT) The Balance Procedure (TBP) and more than a dozen others.

Philip is an expert in the therapeutic use of energy psychology having taught and worked with it in one form or another over the last twenty five years. During a session with him he’ll teach you how to use some of its simpler techniques to help you with any future challenging situations you may find yourself experiencing.
